Ailsa worked in a multidisciplinary CAMHS team as an Applied Psychologist and has worked in private practise since 2021. She has experience in working with individuals and families across the lifespan experiencing a wide range of neurodevelopmental and mental health difficulties
Ailsa offers post-diagnostic therapy for difficulties such including anxiety, low mood, demand avoidance, restricted eating, chronic pain, trauma and school refusal. She uses evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Systemic Family Therapy approaches to engage with the individual and those around them.
